Memoirs

This guide will describe what a memoir is, and it will give information about a variety of memoirs available in the Kirkwoood Library collection.

Survivors of Crime

These memoirs are written by survivors of crime, such as sexual assault, kidnapping, and the disappearance of a sibling.  They tell of the crime, but they also reveal how they healed, survived, and how they were able to overcome the events and tell their story. If you don't see what you're looking for, search the catalog or talk to a librarian. If we don't have what you're looking for, we might be able to borrow or purchase something for you.
