Books

Where and when can I return my library books? What if I get a notice saying a book is overdue?

WHEN: To check the due date of a book, log into your library account or call the library. You may also be able to renew a book that's due, if no one else is waiting for it.

WHERE: 

1. Books may be returned to the Cedar Rapids Campus library, at the service desk.
2. The outside dropbox at the Cedar Rapids Campus is located in the parking lot across from the library entrance.
3. If you are not on campus, you may mail your library books back to campus. The Library's mailing address is: Kirkwood Community College, Library, 6301 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.

Graphing Calculators

When can I return my graphing calculator? 

WHEN: All semester-long graphing calculators are due back at the end of the semester.

WHERE: 

1. In person at the Cedar Rapids Campus Library. 
2. If you are out of town, you may mail your calculator back to campus. Please package calculator with bubble wrap or other padding. The Library's mailing address is: Kirkwood Community College, Library, 6301 Kirkwood Blvd. SW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. 

Laptops

When can I return my laptop and charger (and any other computer equipment)?

WHEN: Laptops are due 48 hours after checkout. There will be no renewals of laptops. 

You may return your laptop to:

• The Cedar Rapids Campus Library
• Never place a laptop in an outside book return. Only return during hours the library is open.
